Beside a distillery called Aberfeldy runs a stream called the Pitilie Burn. The water is cold, pure and rich with deposits of real gold. The distillery uses this water to create a dram unlike any other - distilled in copper pots, then aged to perfection. This single malt is smooth and easy, yet complex due to its longer fermentation process, which brings out notes of honey.
