Using the Brow Definer Brush - press brush into Brow Definer and pick up desired amount before applying to bro. Use the tip to apply pigment in specific areas of nee. To enhance healthy brows - sweep brush through brow to coat each hair with pigment. To revive sparse, troubled brows - sweep brush through brow with more pressure to deliver pigment to the skin below the hairs. Layer over Eye Brow Pencil for fuller brows and hold with Eye Brow Gel.
