Charge for 18 hours before first use. Wet skin and brush head with warm water. Apply cleanser. Choose setting (Setting 1: 60 seconds for delicate every day cleansing and Setting 2: 80 seconds for power cleansing post work out or to remove long-wear make up). Turn on device, pulsing T-Timer guides you for optimal cleansing results. 20 seconds: Cleanse forehead. 20 seconds: Cleanse nose and chin. Cleanse each cheek for 10 seconds (20 seconds total) 20 seconds: Cleanse neck (Speed 2 only). Rinse skin and brush head with water, return to charger.
