Dilute 15 drops in your bath water or 5 drops in a neutral base oil to experience all its benefits.
WHEN USING IN THE BATH
Add 15 drops to the water (0,75ml).
WHEN USING IN THE MASSAGE
Add 5 drops (0.25ml) in 2 tablespoons (30ml) of carrier oil.
