Great for combination to oily skin, this full coverage formula mattifies with a velvety finish. Mat Velvet+ can also be customized to your needs. Applied lightly, it gives a natural, matte look Applied with several layers to help conceal blemishes, it creates a velvety finish. This oil-free and non comedogenic formula is suited to sensitive skin.

• Use a small amount of Mat Velvet+ and apply with fingers, a dry sponge or foundation brush. Apply powder to set the foundation and increase both the wear time and matte effect on oily skin.
• In case of very oily skin, mix Mat Velvet + with a small amount of All Mat. Apply where needed or all over the face. This formula is particularly rich and only a small amount of product is needed for optimum coverage.
• Mat Velvet + can be combined with other products for special effects (Stop Shining +, All Mat, Star Powder).
• Use with an airbrush, mix Mat Velvet + with Airbrush Thinner 246 to bring more fluidity.
