This toner contains some good ingredients for all skin types and, true to its name, it's alcohol-free. Unfortunately, being alcohol-free is not enough to ensure a great toner. The good ingredients in this are a nice touch, but they're all for naught because the formula also contains fragrant citrus oils that irritate skin.

Cleanse skin thoroughly before application. Moisten a cotton ball and apply to your face in a gentle stroking motion. Do not rinse.
