An oblique cut shape. Short historical digression: grooved cuts were originally made for northern markets only, while "orthodox" Gragnano always used to prefer smooth pasta. What is certain, preferences aside, is the wholesomeness and versatility of this cut. It's excellent with vegetables like artichokes or aubergines, for example. Further, the bio certification ensures that genuineness is meticulously protected throughout the process.

Gragnano pasta has over 500 years of history behind it. Today's Pastificio G. Di Martino is built on the history of a family rooted in their territory and traditions and driven by genuine devotion and irrepressible passion. Di Martino Pasta is made using the traditional Gragnano method of being extruded through a bronze die and made with extra fine durum wheat. A slow drying process at low temperatures allows more sauce to hold the pasta as well as enhancing the overall flavour of the pasta.

Dolce & Gabbana has signed the new look of Di Martino pasta. A Special Edition celebrating the Italian excellence through the colours, symbols and monuments identifying the Country.

The new packs have become real postcards from Italy, that are going to enliven and scent tables worldwide thanks to their lively Mediterranean design.
