Use on clean skin, free of topical treatments or make-up (if possible). It is recommended to begin with 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week at an intensity level that is comfortable and feels like a light, tingling sensation. You can move or walk around comfortably while wearing the device, thanks to its lightweight, hands-free design. Continue with this usage frequency for 12 weeks. Once you achieve your desired results, use at least twice weekly for maintenance. Store the device in its original box when not in use.
