The palete is fresh and well textured and has bright fruit flavours. The nose of this wine gives tropical fruits, guava, lemon and spice, whilst the palate is fresh and vibrant with good middle palate weight and structure. We get gooseberries and lemon from the sauvignon blanc and cut grass from the semillon.
