Apply in a thick layer over the body, leave for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. For aching joints, heat the pack in a pot of hot water or open the pack & heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on medium. Caution must be taken while using the mud while heated. For body use only.
