Yes. We deliver nationwide in the Philippines as long as you have a valid zip code. See list here.

Do you deliver outside Philippines?  BACK TO TOP

Unfortunately, we don't deliver outside the Philippines since we can't guarantee the safety of your order.

Can I have my order picked up at an LBC Branch?  BACK TO TOP

In case you are busy and you can't attend to the delivery of your order, you may choose "LBC Branch Pickup" as your Delivery Method upon ordering. Just don't forget to write on the comment box on which LBC Branch you want to pick up your order. An additional fee of PHP100.00 applies for Metro Manila orders only. Provincial rate applies for outside Metro Manila. Watch the video below on how to place your LBC Branch Pickup order.

If you are from Metro Manila, you can also have your order picked directly from our store to save you for the LBC charges.

How much will my delivery cost and how long before my order gets delivered?  BACK TO TOP

All Orders above PHP2,000 that chooses "Next Day Delivery" will have a free delivery charge.

Metro Manila:
Door to Door Delivery via Fastrack (3-5 business days) = PHP145.00
Door to Door Delivery via LBC (1-2 business days) = PHP250.00 - PHP350.00
LBC Branch Pickup (1-3 business days) = PHP250.00 - PHP350.00
Cash on Delivery (1-2 business days) = PHP200.00

Next Day Door to Door Delivery via Fastrack (3-5 business days) = PHP145.00
Priority Door to Door Delivery via LBC (1-3 business days) = PHP250.00 - PHP350.00
LBC Branch Pickup (1-3 business days) = PHP250.00 - PHP350.00
Cash on Delivery (1-3 Weeks) = P450.00

Do you have a cut off time?  BACK TO TOP

Our daily payment cutoff time is 12NOON (Mondays to Saturdays) for Next Day Deliveries within Metro Manila and 4PM for Provincial orders.

All order(s) with payment method of BDO, GCash, Cebuana, LBC or MLhuillier which payment has been settled before our cutoff time will be processed and sent to the courier at the end of the day.

All PayPal/Credit Card orders that came in before our cutoff time will be processed and send to the courier at the end of the day.

All orders that has been settled after our cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. If you wish to receive your order as soon as possible, please settle your payment before our cutoff time.

How can I be sure that you will deliver my order?  BACK TO TOP

You can always visit us at our showroom, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards. Or you can opt to pay upon delivery using our COD service or you can pay with your credit card upon delivery.

If you choose BDO, BPI, G-Cash, LBC, Cebuana or Mlhuillier as your payment method, you need to settle your payment within the next 24 hours before your order gets queued for delivery, otherwise your order will expire. Please take time to read other FAQ's in this page.

I'm from overseas, can I send my order to someone in the Philippines? How?  BACK TO TOP

Yes. Just place your order in our website and fill in the delivery form with the delivery address of the person you are sending your order. We will contact you after your order has been sent for delivery and we will provide you the tracking number of you order. If you choose PayPal during your checkout your billing address will appear as your delivery address on PayPal's page.

What is an order expiration?  BACK TO TOP

If you have chosen Bank Deposit (BDO, BPI) or money transfer (LBC, Cebuana Lhuilier, M. Lhuillier) as your mode of payment, we require you to settle your payment in the next 24 hours since the item you have ordered is considered as reserved. If you fail to confirm your payment within the given period of time, your order will expire and will no longer be processed.

How can I track or check for the status of my order?  BACK TO TOP

After we have processed and sent your order(s) to the courier, you will receive an SMS and an email containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your package through the tracking URL we will provide you.

You can also keep track of your order status by using our website through the Check Order Status form found on the left panel of our page. Just provide your email address and order number to see the status of your order. Below is a video of the step by step process on how you can track the status of your order:

For Metro Manila we offer to pay with Credit Card on Delivery, if you choose Paypal and your address is within Metro Manila we will require you to submit a valid ID that matches your delivery and/or billing address to serve as our Proof of Shipment.
Bank Deposit - BDO, BPI
Money Transfer - LBC, Cebuana Lhuilier, M. Lhuillier
Credit Card on Delivery (Pay with your credit card at your doorstep. For Metro Manila only)
Cash on Delivery (Pay at your doorstep)  

NOTE: After you have made your payment, please confirm payment on My Account page or you can just email/text us your transaction details.

What is your Cash on Delivery procedure?  BACK TO TOP

You will need to provide a valid contact # and address to ensure a smooth transaction. We will contact you via text/call before the delivery. We require your availability on the delivery date, otherwise please have someone receive your order(s) in your behalf. If we are unable to reach you, your order is consider "cancelled". Just choose "Cash on Delivery" as your Delivery Method upon ordering.

If you have chosen BDO Bank Deposit (BDO, BPI) or money transfers (LBC, MLhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier) as your payment method, you need to inform us that you have already settled your payment so we can begin processing your order.
