Yes. We deliver nationwide.

Do you deliver outside Philippines?  BACK TO TOP

Due to customs issues, we don't deliver outside the Philippines since we can't guarantee the safety of your order.

Can I have my order picked up at an LBC Branch?  BACK TO TOP

Yes, just choose "LBC Branch Pickup" as your Delivery Method and write down the LBC branch where you want to pick up your order on the comment box of the Delivery Method page.

If you are from Metro Manila, you can also have your order picked directly from our store to save you from additional charges.

How much will my delivery cost and how long before my order gets delivered?  BACK TO TOP

All Orders above PHP2,000 that chooses "Door to Door Delivery" will have a free delivery charge.

Rates and Turnaround Time:

Metro Manila: 1-2 Business Days
Door to Door Delivery = PHP200.00 - PHP350.00
LBC Branch Pickup = PHP200.00 - PHP350.00
Cash on Delivery = PHP200.00

Province: 2-3 Business Days
LBC Door to Door Delivery = PHP250.00 - PHP350.00
LBC Branch Pickup = PHP250.00 - PHP350.00

NOTE: Business Days are Mondays to Saturdays except Holidays

Do you have a cut off time?  BACK TO TOP

All orders paid before 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays, will be sent to LBC within the day. Otherwise, it will be scheduled the next business day.

If you wish to receive your order as soon as possible, please settle your payment within the day.

How can I be sure that you will deliver my order?  BACK TO TOP

If you are not comfortable about ordering online, you can always visit us at our showroom. Or, you can choose to pay cash or credit card upon delivery.

I'm from overseas, can I send my order to someone in the Philippines? How?  BACK TO TOP

Yes. Just place your order in our website and fill in the delivery form with the delivery address of the person you are sending your order. We will contact you after your order has been sent for delivery and we will provide you the tracking number of your order. If you choose PayPal during your checkout your billing address will appear as your delivery address on PayPal's page. You may also choose Money Transfer via Xoom/Moneygram as your payment method.

What is an order expiration?  BACK TO TOP

If you have chosen Bank Deposit or Online Transfer (BDO, BPI) or money transfer (LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, MLhuillier, GCash, Xoom/Moneygram) as your mode of payment, we require you to settle your payment within the next 24 hours since the item you have ordered is considered Reserved. If you fail to settle your payment within the given period of time, your order will expire and will no longer be processed.

Accepts ALL Major Credit Cards. For international customers, your billing address will appear as your shipping address on PayPal. For Metro Manila orders, please provide a valid ID as our Proof of Shipment.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?  BACK TO TOP

Yes, just choose "Cash on Delivery" as your Delivery Method and provide a valid contact # and address to ensure a smooth transaction. We will contact you via text/call before the delivery. You should be available during the delivery, otherwise please have someone receive your order(s) in your behalf. If we are unable to reach you, we will automatically cancel your order.
