Use the Brow Grooming Brush to place eyebrow hair where you want it. If desired, begin by giving structure with an Eye Brow Pencil.
USE WET FOR
Extremely thick brows, more definition and precision - ideal for filling in missing hairs and scars - as well as for the fine line at the end of the brow.
USE DRY FOR
A more natural, soft-focus effect. Ideal for well-shaped brows that just need a bit of intensity and do not require filling in.
