To use as conventional eye liner: Hold the applicator at an angle and draw a thin line at the base of lashes, working from inner to outer corners of eyes. To enhance the eye: Highlight the base of each lash, dot-by-dot, filling in the spaces between each lash. This technique allows you to add volume to lashes and create lush, natural-looking results.
