New Users should make this simple test before application. Using a mild soap, cleanse about one square inch of skin inside the elbow. Apply a thin layer of Dr. Fred Palmer Skin Whitener to the cleansed area. Leave undisturbed for 24 hours. If no redness or irritation appears, proceed to use the cream as planned.

• Cleanse the area of skin to be treated thoroughly using a mild facial soap.
• Gently pat dry with a soft towel.
• Use finger tips to gently and evenly apply a thin layer of the cream to the skin.
• Allow cream to soften skin for one to two minutes, then gently apply a second layer.
• Gently blend until all the cream vanishes.
• Leave on skin over-night or under make-up.
