Scoop foundation with the spatula and dab Stila brush #35 into foundation. Beginning at the center of your face, blend outwards and layer to achieve the coverage you desire.
CONCEALER
Using your fingers or Stila brush #27, apply sparingly to moisturized skin where coverage is needed.
