The YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix is gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and nut free. It contains only natural, non-GMO ingredients, and actual bananas so that you can make the banana bread even if you dont have ripe bananas at home. You can prepare this banana bread easily in less than an hour. The flavor is nicely balanced with cinnamon and nutmeg. Delicious!

• Preparation:You will need : 170ml (3/4 cup) water, 80g melted margarine(dairy free), 3 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer and a loaf tin(22 x 10 cm)
• Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (Conventional oven)
2. Grease tin or spray with vegetable oil.
3. Place melted margarine, water and eggs into a mixing bowl, then add banana bread mix.
4. Fold by hand until batter is uniform.
5. Scrape down sides of bowl.
6. Pour batter into greased tin and bake for approx. 45 - 50 minutes**.
7. Remove bread from the oven and leave it to cool onto a rack before slicing.
